Thank you kindly for considering referring your patient to our clinic. No formal referral is required for anyone to book an appointment, but we certainly welcome them. If you would like to fax a formal referral with patient info and relevant history to 587-962-5787, that is very much appreciated, but please note that all patients must book their own appointment via our online booking system. This can be done via any of the “Book Appointment” tabs located throughout the website.
We do not currently have the administrative capacity to promptly contact faxed referrals by phone, so we kindly request that you direct all patients to our website, where they can view detailed descriptions of the different appointment types offered, see all availabilities, and book an appointment at their convenience. This includes the option to book a personal phone consult with the audiologist if they would like to discuss their case history prior to booking an in-clinic assessment.
