Please check the FAQ page to find answers to the most commonly asked questions before submitting a web inquiry. There is also a great deal of information throughout the website that answers the vast majority of questions we typically receive, including a detailed list of all the various tests we perform, treatments that are offered, and a list of the different apointment types and costs. There is also a BPPV self-assessment tool under the “Helpful Resources” section to help clarify some common confusion regarding that particular condition.
If you would like to speak directly with the audiologist for any reason, you will need to book a phone consult, which can be done through the “Book Appointment” tab at the top right of your screen. It is not possible (and would in fact be highly unethical/potentially illegal) for the part-time administrative staff who monitor web inquiries to provide you with personal medical advice about your specific symptoms and history, or attempt to give detailed technical explanations about various advanced diagnostic tests/how they might relate to your specific symptoms and history. These types of questions can only be answered by the audiologist, with whom you need to book an appointment.
If you have any other questions that are not answered on the website, or that do not require a personal consult with the audiologist, please feel free to send a message below.
Please note that this is NOT a direct line of communication with the audiologist, and sharing a detailed medical history here will not result in receiving any sort of personalized medical/audiologic advice over email. Please book an appointment if you want to communicate directly with the audiologist.
Phone: Please note that there are currently no in-clinic administrative staff to answer calls or take bookings over the phone. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE. If you have other inquires that are not answered in the FAQs, or any other location throughout the website, you can submit them above.
Fax: 587-962-5787 (Please note that while we greatly appreciate all referrals, patients must still book their own appoinments online, even when a faxed referral has been submitted. Faxed referrals will not be contacted by phone to schedule their appointment – please direct all patients to book online, even if a faxed referral has been sent.
